Refund Policy

7-day money-back guarantee. If Build Speedy isn't right for you, request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase and we'll return your money — no questions asked.
1. The 7-Day Window
The 7-day refund window starts on the date of your initial purchase of a Build Speedy subscription. The window applies to your first paid subscription only; subsequent renewals are covered by the renewal rules below.
2. How to Request a Refund
Email support@buildspeedy.pro from the email address on your account, with:
- Your order or transaction ID (from your Paddle receipt), and
- A short note saying you'd like a refund.
You don't need to give a reason within the 7-day window, but feedback is welcome — it helps us improve the product. We acknowledge requests within 2 business days. Once approved, Paddle returns the funds to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
3. Renewals (After the First Period)
Subscriptions renew automatically. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before your renewal date — you can do this from your account or by emailing support@buildspeedy.pro.
- If you are charged for a renewal you didn't intend and you contact us within 7 days of that renewal charge, we'll refund the renewal in full as a courtesy. This is not a waiver of our standard policy and we may decline if abused.
- For monthly plans outside that 7-day renewal courtesy window, we generally don't refund partial months, but you can cancel and keep access until the end of the period.
- For annual plans charged more than 7 days ago, refunds are handled case-by-case. Where local consumer-protection law (e.g., EU/UK distance-selling rules) gives you stronger rights, those rights apply.
4. Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:
- You retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
- No further charges will be made.
- All code and projects you've generated locally remain yours — Build Speedy is local-first and we never had a copy on our servers in the first place.
5. When We May Decline a Refund
We may decline or reverse a refund if we have a reasonable basis to believe the request is part of fraud, abuse of the policy (e.g., repeated subscribe-and-refund cycles on the same account or payment method), a chargeback already opened with your bank, or use of the Service in violation of our Terms of Service. Where required by mandatory local law, your statutory rights remain unaffected.
6. Payment Processing
All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Currency conversion and bank fees are outside our control.
7. Local Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your statutory consumer rights under the laws of your country of residence (for example, the right of withdrawal under EU/UK distance-selling rules). Where local law provides stronger protection than this Policy, that local law prevails.
